Terms and conditions
The terms for using this platform and enrolling in its diplomas: your account, the fees, paying over time, withdrawing, and what we ask of you while you study.
By using this platform
When you create an account here or enrol in one of our diplomas, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree to it, please do not use the platform.
Your account
An account belongs to one named person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method safe and for what is done from your account. Do not share it: a certificate names the person who studied, and a shared account empties that of meaning.
Enrolling and fees
The fee for each diploma is shown on its page before you buy, and that is the fee that binds you once the order is completed. Your right to study begins when payment is complete or when an instalment plan has been approved for you. A registration fee may be added, and it is shown plainly in the order before you confirm it.
Paying over time
Choosing an instalment plan commits you to the dates shown to you at purchase. Falling behind may suspend your access to the material until the account is settled, and it does not cancel what is still owed. Every instalment’s standing is shown on the instalments page of your account.
Withdrawing and refunds
Withdrawal and refunds follow the terms shown on the diploma’s page at the time of purchase, and the electronic-commerce law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Refund requests are made through the contact page and are answered in writing.
What we ask of you while you study
- That the assignments and papers you hand in are your own work.
- That course material and session recordings are not taken off the platform or published.
- That you are civil with your trainer and with the people studying beside you.
Breaking any of these may cost you a mark, may end your registration in a course, and in serious cases may suspend your account.
The material
Course material, session recordings and certificate designs belong to the university or to those who licensed them to it. They are yours to study from — not to republish, sell, or teach from.
What we may change
We may move a session, replace a trainer, or update a course’s material, and we will tell you when it affects your own studies. We may also update this page; a change applies from the day it is published, to anyone enrolling after it.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts decide any dispute arising from them.
